Jack Hicks has been a professional disc jockey for over 25 years.

Starting at the age of 18 at one of the smallest stations in America, Jack worked his way up to some of the largest including KQRS, KDWB and KSTP in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota.
He has been a radio announcer all over the United States and since 1999 he has been co-host of the Jack and Melissa Show on Z-99, Bemidji, Minnesota.
Jack has worked in literally every radio format: Rock, Top 40, Country, Adult Contemporary, and Talk, and has done hundreds of personal appearances. He has worked as stage MC, club DJ, Wedding DJ, live remote broadcasts, charity events and public speaking.
In addition to his live radio work he has performed as a guitarist with Dare Force, Nick St. Nicklaus of Steppenwolf, Fragile and more recently with the Bemidji State Jazz Big Band. He also leads his own band "The Jack Hicks Band" with several performances at Moondance Jam. His music has been featured several times on the nationally syndicated "Blues Deluxe" radio program.
